CMS AUTO DETAIL — TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of cmsautodetail.com and any booking, estimate, or service provided by CMS Auto Detail (“CMS,” “we,” “us”). By booking with us, requesting service, or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

SERVICES & ESTIMATES
• Service pricing may vary based on vehicle size/condition, excessive pet hair, heavy staining, odor, sand, sap/tar, etc.
• If your vehicle requires additional work beyond the booked package, we will confirm any additional charges with you before proceeding.
• Ceramic coating, PPF, vinyl wrap, and other specialty services may require an in-person inspection and separate written quote.

BOOKING, ARRIVAL WINDOWS & ACCESS
• Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. Please be available at the scheduled time.
• For mobile services: you agree to provide a safe work area and reasonable access to the vehicle (including keys if needed).
• If we cannot access the vehicle within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation/no-show.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS
• Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may be subject to a fee of up to the service price or a flat fee (at our discretion).
• If weather or unsafe conditions prevent service (for mobile), we will reschedule at the earliest available time.

PAYMENT
• Payment is due at completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• If online payment is enabled, payments are processed through third-party providers (via Wix). We do not store full card numbers.

SATISFACTION / RE-DO POLICY
• If you are not satisfied, please notify us before the service is marked complete (or within 24 hours of service completion with photos).
• Our remedy is limited to re-performing the affected portion of the service, when reasonably possible. Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided at our discretion.

PERSONAL ITEMS & VEHICLE CONDITION
• Please remove valuables and personal items prior to service. CMS is not responsible for loss of personal property left in the vehicle.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage (scratches, chips, worn paint/clear coat, failing trim, weak electronics, etc.).
• Some stains, scratches, odors, and defects may not be fully removable; we will always aim for the best possible result.

DAMAGE LIMITATION
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CMS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

WEBSITE USE
• You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site functionality.
• All site content (logos, photos, text) belongs to CMS or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

PRIVACY
Your use of the site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict, the Privacy Policy controls how information is collected and used.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where CMS Auto Detail is principally operating, without regard to conflict of law principles.
