Yes. You can book in-shop or mobile service, depending on the package and schedule. Your available options show during booking.

How long does a detail take?

Most appointments take between 1–3 hours depending on the service and vehicle condition. Premium services and specialty work may take longer, we’ll confirm the expected time after we see the vehicle.

What do the Standard, Full, and Premium packages include?

Accepted Answer

Standard gives you a hand wash, wax, vacuum, and interior wipe-down. Full adds wheel and tire care plus deeper interior cleaning. Premium gives you a full interior and exterior detail with extra attention based on your vehicle size and condition. Exact inclusions appear during booking.

Can your price change based on your vehicle?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Size matters. Condition matters. Sedans, SUVs, and trucks can price differently. Heavy dirt, pet hair, and tough stains can add work. You will always hear about any change before we continue.

Do you need water or electricity for mobile appointments?

If mobile is selected, we’ll let you know what’s needed. In many cases we can work with standard access, if anything special is required, we’ll confirm ahead of time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept online payment when available and in-person payment at the appointment (depending on the service). Payment options are shown during checkout.

What is your cancellation / reschedule policy?

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee due to reserved appointment time.

We stand behind our work. If something isn’t right, let us know before the service is marked complete or within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
